Miner is not paying out or updating correctly and sometime down grades ETH not yet payed out. What going on ? Who do I call to talk about this ? worked fine for about 3 days and went back to same problems .

I have the same problem...amount mined updated for about a day, and then over the last day it stopped. From what I've read in other posts, it is probably a display bug...especially since it lists .004 ETH as being worth $0.00 (I have not accumulated that much yet anyway, I'm sure).
Is there a way to fix this display bug?

For over five days it worked perfect but today i have that problem with updating too. I didn't change anything, i didn't update anything. Last time for me it wasn't display bug. After three days of mining i got 0 ETH.

Same here. Mine worked for a day, and then stood dead still for two days while my computer ran at 27 MH/s around the clock. When it finally did start updating, it did not jump ahead as, if it had failed to update for two days and added what it had earned all at once, it just started right it stopped. So what happened to two whole days of work? Hmmm...? It has stopped two more times in the last four days ad each time it starts up again after a day or so of not moving, it starts right where it stopped. So, out of running for seven days straight, I have earned about one and a half days of crypto.
I have posted on many other threads trying to get the staff to address this issue, but as of yet, they remain completely silent. They are here, because I see them answering other questions, so they are just choosing to ignore us on this issue. Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside doesn't it.

First we appreciate the details and are looking into each of the cases that have been reported. I have responded to many in private messages so we can look up the accounts as we need an email to do that.
There are several posts that indicate there is a common problem about miners getting stuck.

Mine shows that it's mining again (was cycling between active and restarting). However, after the reboot I lost what I had mined (it was in the middle of paying out), and nothing is showing in my wallet.
