New Google Chrome profiles bypass Norton Family filters - how do I stop this?

Recently, every time my daughter starts Google Chrome, it asks if she wants to create a new profile.  If she chooses to do so, she can totally bypass the Norton Family filter because the extension is not enabled in this new profile.  How do I fix this?

My first thought was to disable this feature of Chrome, but to the best of my web searching this cannot be done.

Is there some way to enable the Norton Family extensions so that it is effective on all profiles?

If not, what can I do?  If this problem cannot be solved, then this product is useless to us.

Thanks for reaching Norton Family forums.

The launch of profile selection page where the child creates a new profile in Google Chrome can be prevented by following the below steps:

1 Uncheck the "Show on Startup" checkbox in the right bottom of the profile selector screen.(attached the screenshot for your reference)


2 Close and reopen Google Chrome.

Please enable the Norton Family browser extension in all available user profiles of Google Chrome.

Norton Family browser extension is a prerequisite for the product to function completely.

Open a blank tab in Chrome, in the URL bar paste this there: chrome://flags/#disable-new-avatar-menu. Restart Chrome and the device. Lets see if that helps.
