Norton crypto won't pay into my wallet

Why cant what I mined go to my wallet? After 2 weeks calling 800-607-8055 and hearing the office is closed does anybody know what it takes to get the ETH balance into my wallet? For the moment I'm at 0.005624 and it's over the minimum 0.004 ETH. The price has risen according to coinbase and it'll be nice to get and convert it to bitcoin while bitcoin is down. Sell high buy low right?

Norton waits until gas fees come down to deposit to wallet. I have over 5 payouts right now.

Same.  I have passed two payout levels and am on my way to a third and it has not paid out.  It does not bother me as long as it eventually does pay out at some point. I don't plan on transferring to Coinbase until ETH mining ends, so I am not bothered too much.

Oh, BTW.  Ethereum 2.0 has been pushed back to JUNE 2022.
