Crypto not available though my PC exceeds requirements

I have several computers using Norton 360, but only 1 of them has the option to use Crypto despite the fact that the others exceed the system requirements to use the product. The option to turn it on just isn't there on the other PCs (see attached screenshot).

For example, comparison of reqs to what one of my PCs has (req / my pc)

  • Microsoft Windows 11/10/8/7* (64-bit) / Windows 10 Pro all updates applied
  • Graphics card - Nvidia/AMD cards with minimum 6 GB memory /Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000 with 8GB memory

  • Processor - 1 GHz / Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900X CPU @ 3.70GHz   3.70 GHz

  • RAM - 2 GB (minimum of 512 MB RAM required for Recovery Tool) / 64GB

  • Hard disk space - 300 MB of available hard disk space / 1.3TB

  • Norton 360installed, activated, signed into my account, and up to date

Re: Crypto not available though my PC exceeds requirements

I'm having the same problem. All my specs exceed requirements and I've rebooted my pc multiple times after applying for the EAP program to see if that changed anything. Not sure if it's just a problem on our end or something wrong with Norton's service.

Same exact problem as well.
