When I check my covered devices, the page says they are offline, Last online 1 hour(s) ago. How can that be when I am using one of devices?

I went to the Norton page initially to check on one of my computers that began to malfunction, turning on, opening to the wallpaper log-on page, then not allowing me to get beyond that page.  I then went to the Norton account page to check my devices.  All are covered but are listed as offline.  How can that be when I am using one of the devices to check the account?

Yeah, the site showing devices on or off line has always been a little flaky.

On any Windows devices make sure Remote Management is enabled.  Settings > Administrative Settings Remote Management > On > Apply.

Please try:
Administrative Settings -> Remote Management On + Restart machine (not Shut down).
