Norton Crypto not showing as an option on My Norton dashboard

Norton Crypto option is not showing up on the My Norton dashboard. My PC exceeds the minimum requirements. I read the community forums and seen that a few others are having the same problem. There was mention of a new update that was supposed to have been released last week to resolved this. However, I have updated my PC and still having the same issue. My current update version is 22.21.10.41. Please advise what I need to do in order to participate in the Crypto Mining program. Thank you!

To close out the thread, the user has confirmed that the tile is now showing up after upgrading to the latest version.

The my norton dashboard does not have a direct link to the Norton Crypto wallet. You can go to this link directly: https://my.norton.com/extspa/crypto

Also you need to be able to see the Norton Crypto tile in the Norton 360 main screen on your client application. If you don't see that it's likely you do not have a supported GPU.

I am not looking for the wallet. Ive been able to find that without any problem. My problem is that I definitely have a suitable GPU and (like I said) exceeds the minimum requirements, but yet Norton Crypto isnt showing on my main screen as an option. I've seen other people post the same issue and a note from a Norton employee mentioning an update that would solve this problem. I have yet to see the update. I'd like to make the most of my subscription by taking part in the mining program. Please advise how to fix this!

What is your GPU? Also if you send your email address as a direct message we can have someone take a look on the backend system.
