I'm unable to update my Norton using my boardband

Hi,

When I trying to update norton with Mobile Internet, It is updating successfully. But If I use My broadband it failed to update some of the components

Make sure your broadband network isn't set as a Metered Connection in Windows Settings.

Also a good idea to disable Fast Startup in Windows.  This is known to cause issues with many programs, not just Norton.

Your screenshot shows no updates are required, meaning you're all caught up.
