how to remove duplicate mining rig from wallet ?

I have a miner that shows up twice in wallet, it is because I signed in with google instead of norton once. it created another wallet. now both show idle when it is actually mining. update now the miner shows it is working in wallet but I still have that duplicate that sits idle.

can you send us a screenshot of what you see

you say it created another wallet, so do you have 2 accounts? you can only see 1 wallet in an account at a time, you may possibly see more than one computer (miner) within that account

yes I have 2 miners when I  set the 2nd one up I signed in with google instead of norton by mistake and it created a different wallet for that machine, then i signed in to that machine with norton and it added it to my origional wallet, now both machines pay into the right wallet, but  I have a duplicate machine sitting in the wallet idle, not too big of a deal, thank you for responding I will try to send a screenshot.

the login should be to the same norton account if you use google or norton account login, it should be the same account but accessed via 2 different methods

do you see 3 machines in the mining tab?

looks like you added the screen shot in the other thread, but I can see the issue now, yes the machine looks like it was identified differently, it's probably the 3rd party login as you suggested, but would likely be a visual issue, i will have the team look into it
