I'm unbale to save my exported vault file

Norton 360 password manager vault on W1 or W10 with Edge or Chrome browsers. I select 3 dots (elipse) and "export vault". I get an HTML page and when I attempt to save the file, I can only save as HTML. I used to be able to save as Excel and that is what I need now. A file to save in my will that kids can easily read.

Export vault from Norton Password Manager browser extension is text dump. 
I can copy/paste text to Notepad.  I can change file type from txt to csv.
