Norton Mining problem

Hi,  I recently decided to use Norton mining and for a week or so it was fine, however I have just installed a new graphics card & now it no longer mines, It just sits there in grey mode waiting for the GPU to idle, even if I leave it idling for hours it never starts mining. How do I reset it so it starts mining again. 

This is a total guess but I wonder if it is waiting to see my old gpu's idle clockspeeds? The thing is they won't ever happen as the new card runs at much higher clockspeeds by default so if it is that what do I do? Cheers.

Have you restarted your computer to see if Norton will recognise the new GPU? 

From the classic 360 interface, click on Security, then on History. In the drop down box at the top, scroll down to the Crypto section and see what is reported.

Hi, Thanks for the info, I found my way there but it doesn't tell me anything I can use. All bar 1 of the entries states through the activity section either states "mining status" & then the status section says "detected", while other entries say "Crypto-miner waiting for GPU to become idle", One entry states "Cryptro-mining started" but 49 seconds later there's a "waiting for GPU to become idle" entry. When not using the classic interfece and on the mining page it recognises the GPU as a Radeon 6800 which it is but when I go to the wallet online via the mining page it states the GPU's a Radeon 5700XT which was the GPU I started mining with a couple of weeks ago.

I started with a Radeon 5700XT and switched to a Radeon 6800 which is what I can't get it mining with.

My system does not support Crypto, so I can only ask questions here. Are there any settings in Norton for Crypto that might allow for updating the CPU?

Maybe you need to reinstall your Norton product to get it to recognise the new graphics card. Do this by downloading and running the Norton Removal and Reinstall tool and using the Advanced Options > Remove Only option. Then restart your computer and log into your Norton Account and download a fresh copy of your 360.
