This is the text that a File contents that was created by NortonSecurity.exe during a QuickScan.
All of our computers are affect (unless these not protected by Norton).
The Text itself refers to famous Winston Churchill as he defined Russia in 1939

If anybody knows anything about it please let me know.

Since it was not possible To find the original post When searching for any part of "DUMPTHIN SPCK!it is a [(?riddle?) wrapped in a {mystery}] inside an enigma" Using the community search engine here it was necessary to create this additional post. Otherwise nobody is able to find it.
