reaching support is like having no support ! No email or direct contact.

Support id the worst example of IT support.

When I finally did get a call through it was handled by a foreign  national with a heavy accent.. Not working  for me.

btw - I've never had an on-shore Norton support session. 
btw - when I've requested on-shore Norton support.  I was promised call back.

Yes a very common complaint here. Hopefully Norton execs are listening and taking note of your issue.
