How do I add a device to my security subscription.

I was recently sent an email from Norton with links to manage my devices (add a device, delete a device).

I managed to delete the old devices from the account, however adding the devices proved far more difficult

Every attempt at downloading, using the link or otherwise, only provides the Password Manager app. I do not want this.
How do I download the security which I have paid for?

I understand. But the only way to request a refund, if you are within the 60 days is by contacting Support. There is no one in the forums that can access user Accounts.

From the link I gave above, you can choose My topic is not listed above. Then when you are able to enter information about your issue/question, enter 'Live Agent' . That should get the virtual chat bot to connect you with a human agent.

While logged into your Norton Account, click on the user icon at the top right and click on Manage My Subscriptions. Find your current Norton subscription and click on the Download link by that subscription information. That should get you a copy of your 360.

Thanks, but exactly the same thing happens. Just Password Manager.

So now I have come to some sort of conclusion.

It appears that the product I purchased is no longer available and so there is no download option for it. This is despite the subscription being current and having spare slots available. It appears to be an underhanded way of making me upgrade my subscription. Sorry Norton, but I don’t deal with crooks.

What product are you trying to download? We may be able to help with a link.

We, as in Norton? Does it matter what I want to download? I am entitled to have protection on 3 devices ( which I have paid for) and all that is offered to me is Password Manager? I should not have to jump through hoops to get what I paid for.

New question - how do I get a refund?

Re: How do I add a device to my security subscription.

Forum gurus are just users like you. But we do have some access to additional information, including some download links for older products. These are direct downloads of the installer for a specific product. If you want to take advantage of this help, we (I) need to know what older product you are using? Norton Internet Security, Norton Security, Norton Security with Backup?

What operating system version are you using? This could also affect which download link to give.

As for refunds, you can only get a refund within 60 days of purchasing or renewing a Norton product. To request a refund you need to contact Norton Support.   www.norton.com/contactcs

I appreciate your assistance, however, I am so completely and utterly disgusted in the (lack of) service offered by Norton, that any further discussion is pointless. In my eyes Norton are no better than those that they offer to protect us from.

And as for contacting Norton, well, if it were easy, I would not have been here in the first place.
