Upon downloading Norton Utility Ultimate I got message that download failed. Now what do I do?

Where are you getting the download of Norton Utilities Ultimate, NUU? From your Norton Account?

Do you have any VPN active when trying to download NUU? If so, turn off the VPN and try again.
