how do I close my account

Hi. It's been several years since I ended my subscription and I now have Microsoft's inbuilt protection, amongst other Apps. I do miss the Vault for passwords & log-in details; there's nothing elsewhere that's as good.

In recent months, I've received emails from Norton about product changes, updates etc. How do I remove my account please? I can't find an "unsubscribe" link.

PS If Norton was a UK company, I would also ask for written confirmation that my personal information will be deleted; that's a legal right under the UK Data Protection laws. But Norton is a global company and there is no such protection. I totally trust Norton so am relaxed about it holding my personal details.

There is nothing stopping you from still using Norton Password Manager,NPM, even if you have no other Norton products installed. Just install the NPM extension in your browser. There is no charge for this. But you would still need your Norton Account to use the feature.

You can try to stop some Norton emails by going into your Account and looking for email preferences in Personal Information in Account Settings.
