Help won't open

Anywhere there is a "Help" menu, it won't open saying that it can't Open a browser or I appear to be Offline and to Try later. VPN won't connect either (Error 809). Useless program and to think they charge for it.

  • This is a public community. Please DO NOT post any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your email address, product key or phone number
  • Norton product or service name and version
  • Operating system - version / build 
  • Norton error message / error code / screen shot
  • Steps to reproduce issue

FWIW ~
Norton 360 help links call Chrome (default browser), for me. 
Norton 360 Secure VPN connects, for me. 

Please run Norton LiveUpdate + Restart (not Shut down) machine.
