How do I get a refund for my subscription?

PLEASE , I WANT A REFUND FOR CHARGING ME $110 , i have been through this before ,,,and now again. I WANT MY REFUND.

I have attempted to obtain instruction for a refund of the annual subscription however the links just loop the same two pages. This is a dead-end, I wish to get a refund and I am in Australia.
