Installed Norton 360 on my device but Secure VPN status still says "Download" - why?

Installed Norton 360 (Standard) on Win10 PC, then Secure VPN turned on locally but after logged into my account online (via the same PC), Secure VPN status still says "Download" - why?

The Norton Account pages do not get the current status of the VPN feature. Just check on your computer on the My Norton interface to see the status of your VPN.
