Password vault unable to open

Same for me. Looks like a system issue on the backend.

My password vault will not open. Using windows 11

I am able to reproduce the same issue. The backend services teams are investigating. I will post an update when I have more information.

same here, glad to see it's not my laptop. I almost broke my fingers going back and forth with the suggestions online.

It's not and has been a problem for several weeks for me. Sometimes opens, more often than not it doesn't. I log in and it just buffers. Nothing wrong with my internet speed or anything like that. I have no issues with any other programs using my wi-fi, only Norton. Getting to the point of frustration that I am likely to consider alternatives before my next renewal date. Since I see so many comments with the same problem, it seems to be on the service provider's side...i.e., Norton.

I cannot open password manager, most of the time. I click on it in the taskbar, screen flashes and that's it. I logged onto my Norton account and clicked on open vault today, and this has worked sometimes in the past. However today the vault opens but when I clicked on a site to open nothing happens. I'm using Windows 10 and Edge.

I use the browser extension. Sometimes it opens. More often than not it just buffers. I did recently add the ability to open it with a message sent to my phone and when that happens, it opens. Only problem with that is I don't know what causes the program to send the request to my phone. Sometimes it does and others it doesn't. I haven't yet made the connection mentally to what I might being doing different from one log-in to the next that would cause it to request the o.k. from the message sent to my mobile.

Norton Password Manger Vault will not open in tab. When I click on Icon and then on Vault, the tab flicks on and then disappears. I'm using an Acer Chromebook. It worked fine up until 2 weeks ago. Now, tab flashes and goes away. 

Just tried signing completely out of Manager and signing back in. No change. Can access toolbar icon to sign into particular sites but cannot access the full vault.

1. I tried the fixes recommended by the support page and it did not work.  I think that I found a solution.

2. I opened the Norton sign-in page in Edge, Windows 10 and selected the Password Manager icon next to the address bar.  I have not tested this procedure with other browsers.

3. I clicked on "Sign out" in the lower right corner of the drop-down menu.

4. I then clicked on the Password Manager icon again and the "Norton Password Manager" page opened.

5. I clicked on "Next" button on the "Norton Password Manager" page and the Norton Account, Sign-in page reopens.

6. I clicked on the "Continue" button and entered my Norton account, User ID and log-in password.

7. The "Unlock your vault" page opens.

8. I clicked on the checkbox, "Take me to vault" below the password window and when I entered my vault password, Voila!, my Identity safe opened.  

This is just a guess, but sometimes being logged in the Identity Safe browser extension, prevents the synchronization of the cloud vault.  

An alternate possibility is that it is just the evil-doers, attempting to create chaos.

It still isn't working edge browser. 

I think I may have found a solution, until Norton installs a real fix. I turn off VPN, open vault, then turn VPN on. Has worked each time.
