Subscription period incorrect

I had 26 days remaining on my subscription. I installed a new product key for 365 days (annual subscription).
My Norton then told me I had 352 days remaining on my subscription. Adding 365 to 26 = 391 not 352!
I cannot contact Norton as their Chat line does not answer. I have raised a question case reference xxxxxxx
I have tried to reach Norton over two days without success.

Hi Guys, problem now solved. Thanks for your interest.
I found that Firefox (my preferred browser) was somehow blocking. I did enable cookies and trackers for Norton.
I switched to IE and was able to then get through to the chat line - no problem. They corrected the subscription status.
Everything is now correct. Thanks once agin.
