Norton 360 removed from computer after RnR. How can it be reinstalled?

Please turn off Windows Fast Startup. W10 [here] W11 [here]

Please download and run Norton Remove and Reinstall tool [here] from Windows admin user account. 
Please run Norton Remove and Reinstall tool -> Advanced Options -> Remove Only
Please clear out Norton remnants [here] before fresh install.

Note: after Norton Remove and Reinstall tool remove...may take a few moments after reaching desktop to start reinstall flow. 

Please run tool from Windows admin user account.

I was advised that the desk top computer was at risk and to update. When done i was advised that the update had failed and to "Remove and Reinstall".

Message came to restart computer and when completed the Norton 360 icon had been removed. No trace of Norton 360 in sub files.

Can an reinstall be done as I still have 10 months to go on the contract? Norton 360 is still working on the laptop and Mobile.
