bjm_:Any clues why message editor goes wonky?
Thanks, @bjm_, There was a minor community platform update for a text editor. Please let us know if you notice any issues.

I didn't notice Save - Edit Save slow on edge but the comment editor window behavior reproducible. A page refresh cleared it though. ok, will check this with dev.

bjm_:anyone seeing their Community -> Account -> Profile -> Edit page ... hang
Hi bjm_:
I'm not seeing any problems editing my profile, and as I compose this reply I can't see any problems with the WYSIWYG editor from my default Firefox v94.0.2 browser with extensions Save Page WE, Bitdefender TrafficLight, Malwarebytes Browser Guard and uBlock Origin all enabled.
I'm located in Canada.

bjm_:Yes, Firefox does feel better. Norton Community from Edge has been intermittent wonky, for me...
Hi bjm_:
I'm posting this reply from MS Edge v96.0.1054.34 (with Malwarebytes Browser Guard and uBlock Origin enabled) and at the moment everything looks okay - no issues using the WYSIWYG editor or uploading/inserting an image with the IMCE , and there was no hang when I edited my account profile and saved the change.

HI bjm_:
One problem I did notice from both Firefox v94.0.2 and MS Edge v96.0.1054.34. After posting my reply (or perhaps after editing my profile), when I tried to sign out from the forum, clicking the Account button in the top banner had no effect (i.e., I couldn't see the dropdown menu shown in the image below) until I refreshed the page.
EDIT:
Problem confirmed. As soon as I post a reply the Account button in the top banner stops working until I refresh the page.

bjm_:~ my IMCE has 8368 files using 1.2 GB ...~ maybe, my IMCE is too large to manage.
HI bjm_:
Please see the reply I posted today in your thread IMCE - Delete Pics Does Not Delete Pics. My image repository is much smaller than yours (IMCE currently reports "1385 files using 52.17 MB of unlimited quota") but I seem to have the same problem as you. After I delete an image the file count decreases by 1, but then next time open IMCE the deleted file returns in the list of uploaded images and the file count has increased by 1 back to it's original value. When I try to insert the "deleted" file into a reply it displays a broken placeholder as shown below.
If I upload a fresh image with IMCE, insert the image into a reply I'm composing with the WYSIWYG editor, and then click "Save" to post the reply I also notice that there's a delay of a 4 or 5 seconds before the image renders in the posted reply. It almost seems like IMCE is struggling to retrieve images from my repository, which is something I've only noticed in the past day or so.

bjm_:...Mark As Solution wonky behavior reproachable from Firefox.
Hi bjm_ :
I don't understand what buggy behavior your recent images are trying to convey, although I gather it has something to do with marking a thread as Solved (and the appearance of a Comment box?) and that the problem is reproducible with multiple browsers. Could you post step-by-step instructions that others can use to try and reproduce the problem (and describe what you're seeing that looks wrong to you)?

bjm_:I have Mark As Solution in my created Topic. I imagine you'd need to "Create New Post" and opt "I need a solution".
I opt Mark As Solution and then see (with Solution marked) an editor box (below message with Solution marked) without menu bars as shown in my posted pics.
I opt Clear Solution and then see (with Solution cleared) an editor box (below message with Solution cleared) with menu bars.
Hi bjm_:
I created a test thread at Test Post for Accept / Clear Solution (Please Ignore) and can confirm that something is seriously wrong. Every time I either create a new reply, accept a reply as the solution, or clear the solution I see that odd "Add Reply" Comment box instead of the WYSIWYG editor at the bottom of my thread. For the first few posts of that thread I could get the WYSIWYG editor back by refreshing the page, but that didn't last long.
Things went really wonky when I accepted POST # 4 in that thread as the solution, cleared POST # 4 as the the solution, and then re-accepted POST # 4 as the solution (see POST # 7). I can't the WYSIWYG editor back at the bottom of that thread now and only see a blank "Add Reply" Comment box, even if I refresh the page or sign out of the forum / close my browser / sign back in again . Now I can only post new replies in that thread from that "Add Reply" Comment box. I can edit those "quick" replies created with the "Add Reply" comment box (clicking EDIT renders the reply in the WYSIWYG editor), but if I try to PREVIEW the edit before saving I just get an "Add Reply" Comment box with the raw HTML (see first image in POST # 8).

- "Account" option is not responsive after a reply/post on Microsoft Edge browser (Note: Issue was reported and fixed on Chrome earlier)
We also looking into any general performance-related issues with browser-specific to improve overall.

Hi Sunil_GA:
Thanks for following up on this.
You should add the following to your summary:
Just note that these problems aren't specific to Chromium-based browsers like Google Chrome and MS Edge, including the unresponsive Account link. I did most of my testing with my default Firefox v94.0.2, although I can reproduce these issues with my MS Edge v96.0.1054.43 browser.

Just an FYI that I'm still seeing that odd "Comment" text box instead of the full WYSIWYG editor at the bottom of the every thread each time I post a reply in the forum. Note that I was posting from my Firefox v96.0 browser.

Sunil_GA:... Update: The issue with the text editor/ reply editor loading issue has been resolved. Can you please test and let us know the issue fix status from your end?
Hi Sunil_GA:
I created a test post today <here> in the sandbox and the problem appears to be fixed - at least with my Firefox v100 browser . The WYSIWYG editor for new replies loaded correctly after posting, and it also appears that additional problems reported in peterweb's 31-Jul-2021 thread Reply Edit Box After Posting (i.e., the non-functional Account and Language dropdowns in the top-right corner of the page and Search the Community feature) are also working again after a new reply is posted.
EDIT:
The problem discussed <above> where clicking "Mark as Solution" in a thread you originated also causes the WYSIWYG editor for new replies to be replaced by that odd comment box also appears to be fixed.
