Can't see the VPN button on my Norton when open up

Hi when I open my Norton it does not show the VPN button on my desktop but VPN is working fine on my tablet. Can anyone explain why and how to sort it? Thanks

Please advise you're running Norton 360 built-in Secure VPN OR Norton stand-alone Secure VPN?
