Incredibly poor support

Apparently Norton has moved their support to a cave in some way offshore country with people who barely speak English. Tried THREE times to call and I have had better connections using two tin cans and string. They keep mumbling they can't hear me, but all the terrible automatic systems I had to go through had no problem hearing me. Other people I call have no problem hearing me. Need some answers from Norton on what you have done with 3 of my subscriptions but all I get are third world people that claim they can't hear me and hang up. So, how do I get a human in the US who will help me and provide answers?
