Norton Anti-Track not working and first attempt to start failed.

My Norton 360 LifeLock Anti-Track feature showed, in My Norton, that it needed to be activated. First attempt failed, so I clicked Get Help which told me to try a command prompt "appwiz.cpl" which did NOT ACTUALLY show that it was already installed which I could click to Uninstall. Is there another way to fix Anti-Track?

Anti Track is a separate product that you have to subscribe to and install. It is not included in your 360 subscription.
What you see in the My Norton is an ad to try to sell you on this add on.
