Cancelling Norton after 10 years because of relentless ads

Dear Norton Team.

After being a loyal customer for more than 10 years (both personal and business accounts), I have canceled all of my renewing subscriptions. Your constant advertisements within the Norton 360 product drive everyone crazy. Especially since we rely on Norton to block such things from others. And a year of clicking on "don't ask me again" fails to work. In talking with friends and family I find them all struggling as well. I am sure you know of the issue, but perhaps the click rate for new business is high enough to ignore existing customers. It's really unfortunate.

PS.. I NEVER write such complaints in public forums, but I find no mechanism to leave such feedback to your staff beyond just feedback for your web site.

Goodbye Norton. And I hope one of your employees sees the issue and helps you correct it.
