Locked out of Password Manager Vault

Hi, I wanted to change my Password Manager vault password after I had completely updated all the stored passwords. I managed to create a new vault password that was accepted, but when I came to use it, it wasn't recognized. So, I've now got a vault that actually does work, accurately signing in to everything so far, but I can't sign in to the vault as it doesn't recognize either my new password or the old one. Any suggestions as to how to solve this? Thanks
