PM on Android s20

As of late, the PM on my phone has stopped asking for either bio or passwords before opening vault. It has also stopped prefilling logins. I have to manually open PM each time to do so. This is for both, apps and browser (Samsung) In addition to this, all of the choices in the menu, such as settings, support, feedback and so on are all dead and non-responsive. The laptop PM works as expected.

Can you please elaborate on this, Is your app not prompting Vault password in Vault unlock screen? It will be helpful if you share a screenshot/Screen Recording to understand what's happening.

So I got a reply but from an email address that could not accept my email. Below is the reply I had sent. Also when I went through the contact by phone, the person there listened to my issue, put me on hold. Came back to thank me for waiting and wanted to know if I could call back in an hour as they were having system issues. hmm now the email: Hello Dinesh, No worries. I think I understand what is happening, maybe. It would seem that if I use a biometric access on the site I am going to, NPM sits it out on the sidelines. If I stop using the target sites biometric access and go with password, NPM then needs a manual prompting from me where once it is open, it stays open. However going forward, when I either visit a different site or acces an app on phone, NPM doesn't recognize what is happening, so I then have to manually search out in NPM for the info where upon NPM then uses its own browser or I have to copy paste into the browser I am using. Past few days my S22 also can't get into the vault. It refuses to let me do fingerprint suddenly and when I type in my vault password (which I verified with my 1 written copy to make sure I wasn't having brain fog) I cannot log in. It says the vault pw is incorrect when I am 100% certain the vault password is correct, and it worked just fine on Chrome. Only my phone, which is where I need it most.
