Paid for Norton secure VPN yearly subscription but not working on Android.

I paid for the yearly subscription but every time I try to use the VPN in the app it keeps going to the login screen so I log in and then for a split second the regular VPN app shows up and then goes back to the login screen. It won't let me use the VPN service at all ever since I paid for the year. So then I try to do the 7 day trial and it says I already have a subscription and to login, then I log in and it shows the vpn controls for a split second and then back to the login screen.

Do you already have a Norton 360 subscription? If so you should uninstall the standalone VPN subscription and just use the VPN feature in your 360 product.

If this is the case, you have 60 days to request a refund from Norton for the VPN subscription.

No I don't have a 360 subscription and I already saw this as a suggestion for someone else so I even tried getting a trial of the 360 and using the VPN from there but the VPN didn't show up on the 360 app even when I had the VPN app Uninstalled

What device and OS version are you using?

Where did you pay for the subscripton? Directly to Norton, or to the App store for your device? 

Try uninstalling the VPN app, and the 360 app if you still have it on your device, then restart your device, and then try installing the VPN app again.
