Need help

Hey guys! I need your help, I am currently working remotely, I need to connect with Microsoft remote desktop app.

Can you tell me how to connect properly for Windows 10?

I'm new at this, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Need help

Hello! This is a pretty safe and convenient method. The app is easy to use, but has some limitations.

The application can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store for all versions of Windows 10, but the RDP, which provides access to remote devices, is only available in the Windows 10 Pro and Business versions. This means you won't be able to access your Windows 10 Home edition computer remotely.

Re: Need help

Hello Nika. Has the employer you are working remotely for offered a safe solution for your remote work? Windows RDP has had / does still have serious issues with vulnerabilities. I would work with the entity you are working for to solve a safe solution for your remote connection for those reasons.

Re: Need help

The employer should have taken care of remote access for their employees. I had the system administrator set it up for me.
