Product Announcement: Norton Security 22.23.4.6 for Windows is now available!
I wanna have Norton 360 Deluxe alongside Malwarebytes Anti-malware Premium. Is it okay idea? Are they compatible? So both these products have these functions: Brute-force protection, Exploit protection, Ransomware protection. If I would have both products at the same time, which these functions(which are duplicated) would work?

I'd add mutual exclusions.

I only run Malwarebytes scanner occasionally and do not have the real time protection from Malwarebytes but rather run real time from Norton under Windows 11.
My understanding is that it is neither very good nor necessary to run real time protection from more than one antivirus with Windows. Too many possible problems and very little benefit if any.

See the Malwarebytes support article Issues Running Other Security Applications and Malwarebytes for Windows which includes a list of third-party antivirus programs that use the Windows Filtering Platform (WFP) that could conflict with Malwarebyte Premium's real-time Web Protection feature. Norton is not currently on that list.
I no longer use Norton as my primary antivirus, but I ran Norton Security and Malwarebytes Premium together in real-time protection mode for several years without any major issues. As bjm_ suggested <above>, most Norton users who also have Malwarebytes Premium installed will turn OFF (disable) the Malwarebytes setting at Security | Windows Security Center | Always Register Malwarebytes in the Windows Security Center as shown below. This ensures that Norton 360 (or whatever other antivirus you use for real-time protection) is registered with Windows as the main real-time antivirus. When that setting is OFF your Norton 360 will have the primary responsibility for malware detection and remediation and Malwarebytes Premium will essentially work as a "backup" to look for any potential threats missed by Norton. My system specs below show I now use Microsoft Defender as my primary antivirus and use Malwarebytes Premium for secondary protection.
I also used to create mutual scan exclusions in both Norton and Malwarebytes to prevent any possible conflicts between the two programs (bjm_ has already posted a link to the Malwarebytes support article Malwarebytes for Windows Antivirus Exclusions List) but I only did that out of habit - I'm not sure creating those mutual scan exclusions was actually necessary.
For full disclosure, I should also mention that I purchased a few perpetual (lifetime) licenses for Malwarebytes Premium in 2009 (Malwarebytes stopped selling perpetual licenses in March 2014) so I don't have to pay an annual subscription fee each year to use Malwarebytes Premium on my computers. If I was paying an annual subscription for Norton 360 I suspect I would not pay an additional fee for a Malwarebytes Premium subscription as well (current prices are posted at https://www.malwarebytes.com/pricing) and I would just use Malwarebytes Free to run the occasional on-demand manual scan to look for threats that might have been missed by my Norton antivirus.
Malwarebytes also offers a free content blocker for browsers called Malwarebytes Browser Guard that blocks adware, tech support scams, trackers, etc. that I use in both my Firefox and MS Edge browsers. This browser extension performs many of the same functions as the real-time Web Protection module in Malwarebytes Premium, and I personally prefer Malwarebytes Browser Guard over Norton Safe Web.

In Malwarebytes Premium....
if I deactivate all protections and I schedule a daily scan is this equivalent like having the free version and doing a manual scan?
Reason: I want to avoid conflict having any antivirus and Malwarebytes both with real time enabled ; like that I still can use my license.
I would also recommend creating exclusions between Malwarebytes and Your AV to help prevent any possible conflicts or performance issues. Please add the items listed in this support article to Your AV 's allow list(s)/trust list(s)/exclusion list(s) particularly for any of its real-time protection components and likewise add Your AV 's program folder(s) (likely located under C:\Program Files and/or C:\Program Files (x86)) to Malwarebytes' Allow List using the method described under the Allow a file or folder section of this support article and do the same for its primary data folder which is likely located under C:\ProgramData (you may need to show hidden files and folders to see it).
