Time limit reached after phone is off overnight: Samsung

Samsung phone when switched on in morning states time limit has been reached. Parental time limit allows the time to switch on and this has started in last few days. Has there been an upgrade to Norton as this was seen on another device 2 weeks ago.

Hi @PAW76,

Thanks for following up on this issue. The issue is resolved in our latest release and app is currently in Playstore review. We will let you know once the new app is available for updates.

Is there any update to this please? The App has been updated on all 3 of my children’s devices & now all 3 are getting this time limit request when switching on the device in the morning.

Unfortunately, it is taking longer time for the Google team to review our app. we are actively working on this. Please wait till the update becomes available for the users.

Hi,

The update is now available to all users. Kindly update the child app to its latest version (6.3.0.14) from PlayStore. Once updated, the issue should be resolved from the next day onwards.
