VPN won't stay on?

I have an older model I-Phone SE, it still works great. Downloaded Norton and turned on the VPN. It worked very well. It seems that after the last update to 15.7.1 (the highest apple will allow this phone at this time) the VPN will not work. I tap the switch to green, close setting and no VPN comes on? I check setting and the VPN switch is back to off. Any ideas how to fix? Thank you. As an update-found an answer in an older thread. All good now. Sorry

I was able to go into the Norton app and reset my VPN info. I had been trying through the settings feature of the I-Phone itself.

Thanks for the added info. Others have incorrectly tried controlling the VPN through iOS Settings. They can only be controlled through the 360 app.
