Cloud Backup

With my Norton subscription, what exactly does the Backup feature do?  Is it somehow connected to a Cloud?  Can I see whatever it is that was backed up?

Re: Cloud Backup

What was provided by the other Community member was useful, but I still don't know whether it's possible to view/access whatever it is that Norton backed up.  I hope someone knows the answer to that.

Re: Cloud Backup

In your system file manager look for a directory labeled "Norton Backup Drive", Click it, it will ask you to "authenticate" your credentials to view the contents of files you have backed up. Hope that answers your last question.

Re: Cloud Backup

If you are logged into Windows with an Admin user account, open Windows Explorer and click on This PC in the left pane, then double click on the Norton Backup Drive in the right pane.

Then double click on your backup set and you can navigate through the backup set to see what is there.
