I called Norton from the number on the website, and they billed me $900 for norton and lifelock, this was a scam from NORTON do not use norton they will scam your credit card, all I did was call in because outlook will not work with norton VPN and I was charged $900 for them to fix it and they over billed me

There is no charge for Genuine Norton support.
Where did you get the phone number for Norton? It sounds like you might have done an internet search and chosen one of the first hits. These are almost always not a genuine Norton support connection. They are just service companies that provide support for multiple products for a fee.
You should contact your credit card company to see if you can dispute this charge as a scam.
