Refund issues CLASS ACTION POSSIBLY

They say they have refunded the money, and I have emails stating as such. Yet my bank says “We have yet to receive any refund from Norton” I’ve disputed it, and still have issues that aren’t resolved. I don’t understand why this has to be so complicated. NORTON 360 CEO needs to understand that it’s Class Action time based on amount of complaints I’ve read regarding the same issue.

How long ago did your refund get processed? Refunds always take longer to process than a purchase as the bank needs to ensure it is legitimate.

Back in November. Have emails from Norton stating they issued it. Bank has not received any refund as this date, which is approximately 50 days from when they said they issued such “refund”. I know refund timelines are sometimes a few days, a week or even 2 weeks, but NEVER this long. I know there is others out there that are having the same issue.

If anyone else is having the same issue, save your conversations, emails and such that pertain to this matter. Feel free to message me if this has happened to you. I bet they take this down, but that isn’t gonna stop me. I’m not interested in knowing anything specific about your situation, except if this same issue has happened with you.

Escalate? I’m STRONGLY THINKING of going to the FTC/CFPB on this. I have emails from Norton stating they refunded me, my bank agreed with me based on the evidence I’d shown them, but to this date, no refund has been issued to my account. Furthermore, this has caused me financial harm. This is negligent business practice, and I know more out there exist.

I am having the same issue. Its only been a bit over 3 weeks for me, but the duration of the problems that you are suggesting do not fill me with great hope.

Hello Unhappy Customer! I’m with you on that one. I’ve been arguing, trying to contact, and disputing mine since 11/2022. If they send you any emails, first check to make sure it’s from Norton themselves, and save it. Do Not Reply to it. You might consider reaching out to the FTC if your problems continue. I’ll attach their own Payment Policy straight off the “Legal” portion of their website. Keep it going, they try to silence people like me on these forums. Message me if you have any questions or ideas.

I have the same problem i request a refund twice, on 11 december and 18 december untill now and i didn't get any refund..... They always say we will contact you within 24-48 hours and no one contact me !!! Their services very deceitful

How did you request the refund? If you contacted a genuine Norton Support agent, they can process the the refund immediately. No need for any call backs.

Ya , i contacted with Norton Support agent and chatted them... and every time i go to chat with they said that my case is under revision by our senior team and waiting for 24 hours to 48 hours to receive a call , but nothing happened and no refund yet!!

They’ll keep you going back and forth, and hope you just give up on the refund. DON’T give up, if they continue then contact me via private message. After putting up so much about NORTON and they’re billing/refund practices, and the repercussions for doing business like this, I’m waiting on them to contact me. I’m sure they will based on the amount of feedback I’ve received. You have RIGHTS since they’re U.S. based, and are subject to US laws.
