Refund issues CLASS ACTION POSSIBLY

They say they have refunded the money, and I have emails stating as such. Yet my bank says “We have yet to receive any refund from Norton” I’ve disputed it, and still have issues that aren’t resolved. I don’t understand why this has to be so complicated. NORTON 360 CEO needs to understand that it’s Class Action time based on amount of complaints I’ve read regarding the same issue.
