Time Extension

Why doesn't Norton parental control ask me to provide time extension anymore? When my daughter was outside her time frame I would get notifications.  Now she can access it at anytime.  How can I reset this control so she has to request access again?

Hi,

Upon analysis of your configurations set for your child's PC, We find that the School time configurations seems to overlap with allowed hours for your child. When school time is active, time supervision is not enforced. In order to limit your child's time on the device ensure that the Time, School Time policies do not overlap and try again.
