When I log into a webpage and try to open something on that page, it will not open. The screen just sits there and there is no response

Is this all web sites or just certain sites?
If you are using the VPN feature, try turning it off and test. Many web sites do not allow access from known VPN IP addresses. They do this for copyright, legal, security, and political reasons.
