Are you using the VPN feature in 360, or the standalone Norton Secure VPN? If the standalone, you should remove that and just use the VPN feature in 360.
Has your VPN feature ever worked without the errors? Did this just start happening?
Check to see if your router includes any security features and if it does, try turning them off.
