can not load "Privacy Options" in "My Account"

i have reinstalled windows 11 ,Norton 360 and changed password three times in a month.

when i log in my account and then click "Manage my subcriptions" on the top right corner, there are five tags, "MY SUBSCRIPTIONS", "ACCOUNT SETTINGS", "PRIVACY OPTIONS", "BILLING INFORMATIONS" and "ORDER HISTORY",

when i click "PRIVACY OPTIONS" , i get the spinning circle and the message "authentication error" about 1 minute later

the other 4 tags are fine ("MY SUBSCRIPTIONS", "ACCOUNT SETTINGS",  "BILLING INFORMATIONS" and "ORDER HISTORY") , they load quickly and have no problems

i had reinstalled windows  and Norton before, and everything was fine , but it just the "PRIVACY OPTIONS" cant load this time (both Edge and Chrome)

Same thing for me. 

Privacy Options is a way to delete your Norton account and all of the data associated with it. Hopefully you will not need to do that at least for the immediate future.

I suspect the problem is with the Norton server and not your own system.

I was able to duplicate this issue. I'll escalate this thread to Norton.
