Why am I being asked ro renew a Norton GO Deluxe Plus account

Hi.

I have had a Norton 360 Deluxe account for some years which I used on several household machines. I used to use Bullguard on my main desktop, but last year installed one of the 5-user Norton 360 accounts on that and cancelled my Bullguard account.

I have recently received an email to say my "Norton GO Deluxe Plus" account is due to renew in a week's time - this is not listed on my Norton 360 account login.

Having dug around the site today I can see that this 'GO Deluxe' account is probably some sort of legacy migration from my previous Bullguard account - I certainly don't need to renew this and to the best of my knowledge I've never been informed about it.

Since I don't have Second Sight this seems to be poor communication from Norton, and I'd appreciate some advice on how to proceed and cancel this renewal while keeping my Notron 360 renewals etc.

Hi,

This Norton Go Deluxe was offered when your old BullGuard Internet Security was migrated. We no longer sell or support BullGuard products and services hence it was migrated and Norton GO Deluxe was offered. Please refer FAQ here

I have checked your account at my end and I see automatic renewal disabled for Norton GO Deluxe. This might me a renewal reminder which you can safely ignore and let Norton GO Deluxe subscription expire as you already have Norton 360 Deluxe (5 seats).
