App & Internet Security keeps turning off on my Vivo Android phone

The App & Internet security on my Vivo android phone keeps turning off. I have used the Norton online help to make sure I am setting up properly, which I am and ok for a short time and then turns off. Any suggestions to fix would be most welcome.

Hello. From what I am reading the FunTouch OS is a customized OS much the same as the Fire and Chrome OS are. Which may, be the reasons behind Norton not functioning properly. Do you have Google Play installed and are getting the app for Norton from the Google store?

Even if you can get Norton to install on a device with proprietary changes to the Android OS, there is no guarantee that it will work correctly. As already noted, this could be why you are having difficulty on your device.
