The problem has been identified:
My account and license does not show Secure VPN.
All Norton 360 subscriptions have this included.
No need to troubleshoot, reinstall, look around my computer. You can’t download or install something that is not there.
I've asked Norton to either add VPN to my account or issue me a new license.
Nothing happens, and support cases are not followed up.
Any suggestions how to move forward?
Using Windows 10 and iOS.
