ノートン360の有効期限について

ライセンスがまだ299日有効のはずですが、マイノートンを開くと、本日で期限が終了と出ます。

The license should still be valid for 299 days, but when I open My Norton, it says it will expire today.

Please confirm Windows Fast Startup is off. W10 [here] W11 [here]
Please run Norton LiveUpdate and Restart (not Shut down) machine. Repeat.

Please switch to Norton 360 Classic view. 
Open your Norton device security product.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.

Please try synching your Norton 360 product with Norton servers. 
Norton 360 Classic view -> Help -> Help Center -> Account Information -> Subscription Status

ノートン 360 製品をノートン サーバーと同期してみてください。
ノートン 360 クラシック表示 -> ヘルプ -> ヘルプセンター -> アカウント情報 -> サブスクリプションステータス

Have you signed in properly, with the correct Norton email account and password?
