I purchased Antivirus Plus from Amazon, but I would like to change it to a version that can be used on Android devices.

You will need to contact Norton Support to request they help you change to the subscription for your Android device.   www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
