I wanted to stop the automatic extension, but I needed an order number, but I'm in trouble because there is no history. The place to be guided is completely irrelevant and meaningless. I can't find what I need at all, so if I can't stop, I'd like to cancel.

To ensure you are not charged, while in your Norton Account, in the Account Settings page, click on the Billing Information tab and remove any information from that page. That way, you cannot be charged for any renewals.
