15 day trial missing 14 days.

I've installed Norton for 2 people in very recent times (shortly before their planned purchase) and found that the 15 day trial, which usually gives them leeway to purchase when they get their computer back but still have the advantage of having Norton pre-updated / configured, is now a 1 day trial.

1 day? That seems to be a mistake...

Re: 15 day trial missing 14 days.

If you download Norton from the "Free Trials" link at norton.com you should get 30 days free.

https://au.norton.com/downloads (for the Australian site).

If you install from the www.norton.com/latestns you only get a day I think.

Doesn't include the proper versions, and is not the full installer (only stub). It didn't used to be broken like this. No-one is loosing a job over a few days leeway. Had an issue once where 3 days of subscription was missing, support gave 20 days.

Any way we can get some more leeway on fresh installs Symantec?
