16.5.0.134 "nu.exe" High C.P.U.

I have noticed that ever since 16.5.0.134 has been Installed on my system, that "nu.exe" has been in the 90% and causing heavy lagging on my computer.

Floating_red,

Can you describe what nu.exe is? It is not part of NIS 16.5. What other software are you running on your system?

Floating_Red,

This screenshot is somewhat confusing, it only shows Internet Explorer as the process that is using a high amount of CPU.

ccSvcHst will occasionally use more CPU if it is trying to complete the Idle Tasks.

I have a strong suspision that this is some kind of april fools joke. Of course I could be completely wrong, but none of this makes any sense so far.

Only time I remember Norton having a nu.exe process... is with Norton Utilities for DOS (this is like more than a decade ago...)

I am serious!  I took the other Processes away, by which I mean I Edited the Screen Shot before Posting because those were the only processes with High C.P.U. which only started happening when N.I.S. 2009 was installed!  If you want, I could P.M. you the rest of it.
