2 sites that id safe doesn't log into correctly

Citibank online https://online.citibank.com/US/JPS/portal/Index.do

and Vanguard https://personal.vanguard.com/us/myaccounts/balancesholdings

doesn't log in correclty.  Both don't populate the password field and Citibank tries to throw my password into the pay amount field when paying a bill.  

All user ids and passwords work when I cut and paste them in

What device are you using?

When we know which device you use, we can guide you to how to report those sites to the ID Safe team from your device.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

These sites do not populate on:

1. Windows 7 laptop; Asus on Foxfire current version

2. iPhone 6 64gb on current ios 8.3

3. iPad Air 32gb on current ios 8.3

I have entered a case from both my laptop and iPad

It seems you figured out how to report the sites.

The problems can come when a specific site might use different labels for a login field than what Norton is expecting to find. Repoeting the sites allows Norton to tailer the responses for those sites.

How can I do this from my iPad?  32gb ios 8.3 using the norton id safe browser?

Sorry. I thought from your post above that you had reported it from your iPad.

Anyway, as long as you have already reported it from any device, the message will get to Norton.

For future reference..For reporting a site from an iPad, using the ID Safe browser, navigate to the page you want to report. Then tap the 3 horizontal bars at the top right of the ID Safe browser. From there you will see the option to report a site. 

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
