All 3 of our computers under Norton 360 are getting the 3039, 65569 error message. Done everything it said to do; can't resolve.

Have you tried what it says to do in this KB article which just was released?
If that doesn't help your issue, then I would try using the NRT instead of the remove and reinstall tool. It gives a deeper cleaning and may do the trick. If you decide to try that then do the following. First remove using the Control Panel method, restart, then use the NRT, restart, then install N360 again. Run Live Update until no more Updates and restart as needed and also when all finished with Updates.
